Seymour Guado, at your humble service... I am Maester the Church of Yevon and leader of the Guado.
You wish to be free of the sorrow and pain of life? Please...allow me to grant that wish, and grant you release.

…And who might you be?

After being vanquished for the final time, Seymour was sent to the Farplane by Summoner Lady Yuna. He spent nearly three years at peace, accepting his death and his hatred for the world subsiding.
The Farplane had other plans—Seymour was thrown out of the haven and back to the world of the living. Was this a chance at redemption? Or punishment?
The Guado’s hatred for life reignited, his attitude toward death the same as it was before Sin was defeated. But without his Summoning ability, what will he do? If he was alive, could he obtain it once more?
That was the first idea that came to mind. Only trying to drench that fiery attitude a bit. -gives a small smile-
Maybe someday I will teach you. I’ve nothing else to do here.
[subtly matches his expression]
Well, you are going to have to do better than that. [flips her damp hair another time, splashing little drops onto him] I wish you much luck.
And I will hold you to that, then. You sound as exciting as I.
-glares at her- Quit that.
Well, I suppose you have much to learn about me.
And you are lucky I did not kill out of reflex. [tugs her fingers through her locks, squeezing out the water] As you wish— but why do you tease me so? I daresay you would have thrown me into the ocean had you had the opportunity while we were at the beach…
And can you? Well, there is another lesson I do not look forward to, if you deign to teach it.
How unfortunate…
I tease you because your reactions are rather amusing. -furrows his brow- …If I had tried to throw you into the water, I feel as if parts of my skin or hair would have gone in with you.
Yes, I can. You aren’t a very excitable person, are you?
Unfortunate—? [frowns, but shakes her head] I am glad I can serve as your entertainment, I suppose. But surely you have other ways to bring a smile to your face instead of, say, drenching me? [begins to squeeze the water out of her uniform]
But you have that assumption correct, yes. And— [rolls her eye] Forgive me, but I was not jesting when I said I do not like water; it has dampened my spirits, if you will. [glances at him] If you really desire to teach me, whether it be dance or swimming— and I hope dance— then by all means. I simply did not take you to be serious.
That was the first idea that came to mind. Only trying to drench that fiery attitude a bit. -gives a small smile-
Maybe someday I will teach you. I’ve nothing else to do here.
Aha! [sheaths her blade, flipping her wet hair again with a laugh] And who is the snob now?
I do wonder if you know how to dance? With that quick step you just performed, I would much rather you teach me that than swimming. [tilts her head] …Are your robes all right, dear Seymour?
You are lucky I was in a good mood today…
-frowns- Do not call me that. And of course I can dance.

So sensitive…Hm…
-Murmurs under his breath and raises his hand, casting a weak Water spell over the General’s head. It crashes onto her, soaking her to the bone-
Such disrespect. I offer my help and you laugh? There, this is the beginning of our lesson, Beatrix. I hope you enjoy it.
…I AM GOING TO MURDER YOU!
[swings around, wet mess of hair slapping against her skin, and marches toward him, pulling her dripping blade from its soaked sheath]
And I disrespected YOU?
‘Such fire. I would have so much fun snuffing it out.’
Oh, put the blade away. You are far too serious for your own good. I was right, you are no fun at all.
[keeps her sword out, waving it at him in frustration]
Your idea of fun is dumping a Water spell on me? That is not enjoyment; that is suicidal! What sort of teacher are you anyway? You merely did that to make a mockery of me! Well, I will show you—
[swings her weapon above her wet head, sending a baby jolt of a Shock spell at his feet]
…Suicidal? My lady, that was the weakest Water spell I could conjure. I did nothing to mock you, only to make yo—W-WHAT ARE YOU—
-hisses as the Shock spell, jumping away quickly-

You—How dare you—Of all the idiotic things to do! You could have ruined my robes…Stupid woman.
